Announcing AI PM Interview Masterclass with Lewis Lin & Marily Nika
Here's why this course needed to exist.
I have news! I’m co-teaching a new course with Lewis Lin.
A few months ago I sent a cold message to Lewis Lin.
If you’ve prepped for a PM interview in the last decade, you know exactly who that is. Decode and Conquer. CIRCLES. The frameworks that defined how a generation of PMs walk into interviews.
I wasn’t sure he’d reply. He did. And what followed was weeks of 5 a.m. mornings in Greece, building something I’ve wanted to exist for years.
Today we’re launching it: AI PM Interview Masterclass — a 3-week interview intensive, co-taught by Lewis and me, as part of the AI Product Academy.
Why this course needed to exist
AI PM interviews are no longer classic product sense interviews with the word “AI” added on top.
Hiring teams now want to know whether you can reason through ambiguous product problems where the model may fail, the data may be messy, the user trust bar may be high — and where the right answer might be to not use AI at all.
I see it from both sides of the table. I interview AI PM candidates, and I coach people going through these loops. The pattern is always the same: strong PMs with real experience stall. Not because they lack judgment — because nobody taught them to explain evals, hallucination tradeoffs, and launch readiness in plain PM language, under pressure, in 40 minutes.
Memorized frameworks don’t fix that. A full system does. So we built one.
How the three weeks work
Week 1 — Build your AI PM candidate signal.
The question this week answers: why you, why AI PM, why this role?
You’ll run the AI PM Candidate Signal Audit against your own resume, LinkedIn, and story, then rewrite all three live around a positioning statement that actually holds up. Lewis teaches his 3-hour workshop on product sense, metrics, and execution — CIRCLES, North Star Metrics, Binary Tradeoffs — the frameworks in their current form, from the person who created them.
Week 2 — Master AI product judgment.
This is the week that separates AI PM prep from generic PM prep.
Evals, metrics, and quality measurement. Model failures and hallucination tradeoffs. Data quality and feedback loops. Trust, safety, cost, latency, and launch readiness. Build vs. buy — and when not to use AI at all. Lewis teaches a second 3-hour workshop on AI PM cases, and you’ll practice with the AI Product Judgment Canvas and AI PM Case Framework on live cases.
Week 3 — Perform under pressure.
Preparation only matters if it converts.
Career arc and story polish, target-company prep, and role-fit narrative development. Then the capstone: live mock interviews that Lewis and I co-facilitate together, with real-time feedback. Between sessions you’ll practice with your own AI Interview Agent — unlimited async mocks that continue long after the cohort ends.
What you leave with
Not a to-do list. The artifacts, done:
A rewritten resume and LinkedIn built on your positioning statement
The full AI product judgment toolkit: Judgment Canvas, Metrics & Evals Worksheet, Risk Tradeoff Matrix, Case Framework, Launch Readiness Checklist
The PM Interview Prompt Bank
A personalized AI Interview Agent practice plan
A 30-day interview readiness plan for the month after the cohort
Details
Our Cohort runs August 10–28: six 90-minute sessions with me, two 3-hour workshops with Lewis, and one joint capstone, and it has limited spots.
If you’re targeting AI PM roles this fall — MAANG, startups, or AI-native companies — this is the prep I wish existed when I was on the other side of the table.
You can also select to join our builder Fellowship that now includes this course.
See you in there.
— Marily & Lewis
P.S. Cold messages work more often than you’d think.

Awesome thank you so much. Are there any scholarship options to attend the AI Product Academy in Stanford?
