I was honored to get invited to speak to a very unique TED event, dedicated to the power and impact of AI, brought together like-minded pioneers and trailblazers—scientists, founders, engineers, product managers, and students—from all corners of the globe. The energy, discussions, and opportunities that arose were something I've never experience before.
During my 2-hour workshop, I emphasized that while AI possesses astonishing capabilities—like converting text to images, generating music, or crafting endless virtual worlds—it's not solely about the tech. AI alone is not enough for a holistic user experience.
Being able to convert text to image or generate music or endless worlds and so on are amazing capabilities, but these capabilities need to be harnessed by product leaders to address specific, tangible problems users face, which is exactly what my AI PM Academy is about.
AI by itself is not a product. Setting and driving a vision and application to real-world use cases are paramount.
